Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs procedures.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over $120 USD.

  • Orders below $120 will have the shipping cost calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earrings) are non-returnable unless defective.

  • To initiate a return, email customer@zenyaaccessory.com with your order number.

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • If the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped, Zenya Accessory covers the return cost.

  • For voluntary returns, the Buyer pays for return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.
