Distance Sales Agreement

DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Zenya Accessory (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who places an order through www.zenyaaccessory.com, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) purchased electronically from the Seller’s website.

3. Product Information
The type, quantity, price, and payment method of the purchased product(s) are specified in the Buyer’s order confirmation.

4. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping companies.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return instructions are detailed in the “Shipping & Return Policy” page.

6. Return Shipping & Refunds

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by the Seller.

  • For voluntary returns (change of mind), the Buyer covers the return shipping fee.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

7. Enforcement
By placing an order on www.zenyaaccessory.com, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
